  • We accept Visa and Mastercard at this time for your online registration and purchases.
  • WORKSHOPS: All workshop, class fees and event registrations must be paid IN FULL at time of purchase/registration.
  • PRODUCT: When purchasing product from our online shopping cart ALL purchases will be SHIPPED.  You MUST pay shipping as we are a web based store.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We added LOCAL PICK UP for product on April 23, 2020.  This company is based in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, BC. If you choose LOCAL PICK UP you must email to arrange pick up date and time !!

***PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 we will only be shipping ONCE per week. Currently, our ship day is on WEDNESDAY of each week. If you require your order quickly, please contact us BEFORE placing your order so that we can be sure we can have it in your hands when you need it !!


We know that shipping is expensive and we completely understand that it is a difficult part of online shopping.  PLEASE remember that we do not profit from the shipping charge and we will refund any discrepancies that occur once your package has been shipped !!

Please know that we do our VERY best to pack your purchase appropriately and as minimally as possible to both avoid excess waste, as well as reduce the cost to ship your "Box of Awesome" to you ...

ALSO ... we would be thrilled if you would help us by REUSING or RECYCLING the packaging that you received your order in ...

  • For shipping within Canada we use Canada Post Regular Parcel
  • Orders out of Canada, please contact us by email for shipping details.
  • All orders will be shipped the next BUSINESS DAY. Arrival dates are dependant upon Canada Post shipping times. Current suggested shipping time is 3-10 business days.
  • We do keep your tracking numbers on file and if you would like your tracking info emailed to you once your package has shipped please let us know and we would be happy to provide this to you !!
  • If you require your order rushed or would like to pay for Priority Shipping, please contact the store PRIOR to placing your order online.
  • Please contact us for International Shipping information. 
  • Our customers are responsible for all duties/brokerage fees/customs fees if you are ordering outside of Canada.
