We accept Visa and Mastercard at this time.
WORKSHOPS: All workshop, class fees and event registrations must be paid IN FULL at time of purchase/registration. There are NO refunds, exchanges or credits given for workshops.
PRODUCT: We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on your purchases. Contact us by email (hello@shopjenniferedwardson.com) to discuss damaged or defective items.
CANCELLED ORDERS: If you cancel your order prior to it being shipped or picked up, you will be charged a $5.00 restocking fee. The remainder of monies paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 days of the cancellation request. Please Note: we are not responsible for any bank charges, credit card processing fees or additional timelines for your money to be returned to you.
PLEASE NOTE: We added LOCAL PICK UP for product on April 23, 2020. This company is based in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, BC. If you choose LOCAL PICK UP you will receive an email from hello@shopjenniferedwardson.com when your order is packed and ready for pick up. You must BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE to arrange pick up date and time.
- Currently, we ship ONE day of each week. If you require your order quickly, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
- We do not profit from the shipping charge and, most times, what you're paying to ship is LESS than what the actual ship cost is.
- Please know that we do our VERY best to pack your purchase appropriately to avoid damage and as minimally as possible to avoid excess waste, as well as reduce the cost of shipping.
- For shipping within Canada we use Canada Post Regular Parcel. Occasionally, if we are able to receive better rates via courier, we will ship FedEx, UPS or Purolator.
CANADA SHIP RATES: We ship tracked packages only and the cost starts at $16.50 and is based on weight
